Rested Hauler Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders for in stock Rested Hauler truck mattresses are processed as quickly as possible. We ship within 5 business days from the time your order is received and payment is approved. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order leaves our facility, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Most customers receive their mattress within 2 to 7 additional business days, depending on location.

How we ship

Rested Hauler mattresses are compressed, rolled, and packed in a heavy duty box for easier transport to your truck or home. We use standard ground carriers for delivery and a signature is not usually required.

Shipping rates and areas

For most orders shipping within the 48 contiguous United States, standard ground shipping is included in your mattress price at checkout.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or other special destinations may require an additional shipping fee. If you are outside the contiguous United States, please contact us before ordering so we can provide a shipping quote.

At this time we do not ship to PO boxes or APO and FPO addresses.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update once the carrier has picked up your package.

Delivery issues and damage

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the box arrives with visible damage, note it with the carrier if possible and take photos of the box before opening it. If you discover any damage to your mattress after opening, contact us right away with photos so we can review and help resolve the issue.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, check around your property and with neighbors first, then reach out to us within 5 business days so we can assist you in working with the carrier.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an address error causes a delivery delay, return, or additional carrier fees, any extra costs may be passed on to you. If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately. We can correct addresses only if the order has not yet shipped.

Changes and cancellations

Once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to change or cancel it before shipment. We will do our best if you contact us quickly, but changes are not guaranteed. After an order has shipped, any changes or returns must follow our Refund Policy and sleep trial terms.

Relationship to our refund policy

Outbound shipping on most Rested Hauler mattresses in the contiguous United States is included in your purchase price. If you return a mattress under our 30 night sleep trial, a $200 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping, as described in our Refund Policy.
