30 Night Sleep Trial

Every Rested Hauler mattress includes a 30 night sleep trial beginning on the date it is delivered.

If you decide the mattress is not the right fit within the first 30 nights, you may request a return for a refund under the conditions listed below.

Eligibility for a Refund

To qualify for a refund during the 30 night trial, the mattress must meet all of the following requirements:

Condition

The mattress must be in excellent condition. This means no stains, no odors, no tears, no punctures, and no signs of misuse. Mattresses that are dirty, damaged, or unsanitary are not eligible.

Trial Window

The return request must be made within 30 nights of delivery.

Original Purchaser Only

The sleep trial applies only to the original owner.

Limit of 1 Trial Per Household

Only 1 sleep trial is allowed per household and per mattress model.

Return Fee

All approved returns are refunded minus a $200 return fee.

This fee covers the cost of original shipping and handling.

Example

If your mattress cost $999, your refund would be $799 after the $200 fee is deducted.

Include your name, order number, delivery date, and photos showing the mattress condition. A Rested Hauler team member will confirm eligibility and provide instructions.

Refund Method

Once the mattress is inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing time depends on your bank or credit card provider.

The $200 return fee, shipping costs, and any financing interest are not refundable.

Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Mattresses outside the 30 night trial window

• Mattresses with stains, tears, or damage

• Mattresses used without a proper foundation

• Mattresses damaged by misuse or neglect

• Clearance or final sale items

• Accessories including pillows, protectors, sheets, or covers

Refusal of Pickup

If the mattress is not in acceptable condition at the time of pickup, the return will be denied and no refund will be issued.

Cancellations Before Shipment

If you cancel an order before it ships, we will refund the full amount.

If the order has already shipped, the return will follow the normal 30 night trial and $200 return fee policy.
